How far in advance should we book a corporate Christmas magician in London?
Ideally, you should book your corporate Christmas magician as early as possible — most December dates are secured between 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for London venues where festive events fill quickly.
However, if your plans come together later than expected, don’t worry — I do sometimes take last-minute bookings and may be able to accommodate events with just 24–48 hours’ notice, depending on availability and location.
Booking early guarantees your preferred date, but if you’ve left it late, it’s always worth checking — you might still be in luck!
What types of magic do you perform at a Christmas Event?
That depends on your event’s size, space, and schedule — but the short answer is: I can perform whatever style of magic best suits your celebration.
For smaller parties (under 50 guests), I often combine mix-and-mingle close-up magic, table magic, and even a parlour-style performance of up to 45 minutes if I’m the main entertainment.
For larger corporate events or gala dinners, I can blend walk-around magic during networking or drinks, table performances during dinner, and, if desired, a stage or cabaret-style show lasting 15–45 minutes to bring everyone together for a shared finale.

As a guide, I can comfortably entertain up to around 150 guests at a Christmas party or corporate dinner, perhaps more depending on the schedule and flow of your event.
On average, I recommend allowing roughly 50 guests per hour for close-up or mix-and-mingle magic — that ensures that most people gets a personal experience without feeling rushed.
For larger events, or where the reception time is shorter than three to four hours, I can tailor the format by adding a stage or cabaret-style performance, or by bringing in additional professional magicians to cover the full room seamlessly if necessary. Budget allowing of course.

I typically perform mix-and-mingle magic during the drinks reception, helping guests relax and start conversations. During dinner, I can perform table magic or short stage spots between courses, keeping the energy high without disrupting the meal.
After dinner, you can choose a longer stage or parlour-style show, or another round of walk-around magic for a more informal finish — whatever best suits your evening’s flow and atmosphere.
